Keith Guillemain, CPA, CVA is a Director at Gramkow, Carnevale, Seifert & Co., LLC. Keith focuses his client service efforts on strategic business planning, budget and forecasting services, client financial accounting and corporate, partnership, individual trust and estate income tax preparation and planning. He is also responsible for business valuation engagements and providing consulting services to the firm’s medical clientele, including practice mergers and buy-outs.
Keith’s professional experience has largely been in public accounting. He began his career in 1988 with R.D. Hunter and Company, CPA’s where he was a member of their audit staff. He spent two years in the audit department and three years in the tax department before entering the private industry for a short time. He also became a shareholder in a full-service state unemployment insurance firm (Villafranco Walsh & Guillemain Associates, Inc.). In addition to his firm leadership responsibilities while there, Keith was responsible for SUI payroll tax consulting, merger and acquisition analysis and SUI claim management. At GCS, Keith’s clients include companies in the healthcare, professional services, real estate, manufacturing, and information technology industries.
Keith earned his Bachelor of Science – Accounting degree at Rutgers University in 1988. He earned a Master of Science – Taxation degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1999. Keith holds a CPA license in NJ and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the NJ Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. He is currently on the Business Valuation Committee of CPA Associates International, a leading association of independent public accounting firms.
