Our offices are currently closed and we are operating virtually. We are doing this to minimize exposure for our team, our clients, and our business partners. We will update this page with any changes as the situation progresses.
We have the technology to allow our team members to work from essentially anywhere with an internet connection. As such, we are still open and operating on a virtual level. What does this mean?
- Our team members can be reached via email.
- You can request a video conference with one of our team members.
- You can still speak with a member of our team by calling during office hours. Please leave a message if it goes to their voicemail.
- If you dial our main number outside after 5PM, you can press “1” for the office directory or dial an extension directly.
The IRS has extended the April 15th filing and payment deadline to July 15th.
Sending Your Information
We highly suggest that you upload your documents to our secure online portal. If you do not currently have a portal with us, contact Jennifer McCann ([email protected]) and she can create one for you.
You may still send us documents in the mail or via Fedex and UPS. In addition, we have a secure drop box outside our office that is checked several times each day. If you choose to take advantage of this drop off, we ask that you secure your documents in a package or envelope when dropping off your material.
