Ted A. Carnevale, CPA, MST, AEP is the Chief Executive Officer and founder of Gramkow, Carnevale, Seifert & Co., LLC (the Firm was founded in 1983). In addition to his Firm leadership responsibilities, Ted focuses his client service efforts on business advisory services, structuring financing arrangements, litigation support services (including matrimonial), expert witness services, estate planning and medical practice management consulting.
Ted’s professional experience has been exclusively in public accounting. He began his career in 1979 with KPMG Peat Marwick where he was a member of KPMG’s audit staff. He spent two years in the Audit Department and three years in the Tax Department before founding GCS in 1983. His client experience at KPMG ranged from closely held, family owned companies to large, multi‐national publicly held enterprises encompassing various industries. At GCS, Ted’s clients include companies in the Healthcare, Real Estate, Wholesale / Distribution, Manufacturing, Professional Services and Information Technology industries.
Ted earned his Bachelor of Business Administration – Accounting degree at the University of Notre Dame in 1979. He earned a Master of Science – Taxation degree from Seton Hall University in 1985. Ted holds a CPA license in NJ and holds an Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) designation. He sits on various boards of directors and has held officer positions in various professional societies and service organizations. He is currently the Chairman – Elect of CPA Associates International, a leading association of independent public accounting firms.
